- Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who meet the program requirements, including attendance and performance standards.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and resources provided by the Academy remain our intellectual property.
- Participants are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing materials without prior written permission.
6. Health and Safety
- Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation in training programs.
- The Academy is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence or non-compliance with safety instructions.
- Participants are required to adhere to all safety protocols during physical training activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during training.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
